Note: InfinityCore is the enhanced application formerly known as FMinfinity, now integrated as a core operational module within the InfinityOmnia enterprise platform.
By accessing or using InfinityOmnia services, including InfinityCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Use of our services implies your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Wisebound Technology and Consulting Private Limited, operating the InfinityOmnia platform ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Important: You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

Our services are provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis, accessible through web browsers and mobile applications. The platform includes enterprise-grade features such as service desk management, incident management, IoT integrations, dashboards, compliance systems, automation, and advanced analytics.
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. Accounts are intended for authorized business use only, and users must not engage in any malicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity while using the platform.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
InfinityOmnia may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination, if this policy is violated.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Enterprise customers retain ownership of operational and business data processed through the platform. Wisebound acts as the data processor/service provider for such data.
GDPR & CCPA Compliance: InfinityOmnia complies with applicable data protection regulations. You have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Pricing may be modified with 30 days’ written notice, without affecting the current billing cycle.
Late payments may result in service suspension and interest charges up to 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
InfinityOmnia commits to reliable and high-quality services with a 99.9% uptime guarantee, 24/7 monitoring, and defined response times for critical issues.

If uptime guarantees are not met, you may be eligible for service credits per your service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfinityOmnia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes: loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, business interruption, substitute service costs, or damage to reputation.
Liability Cap: Total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfinityOmnia for claims or liabilities arising from misuse of the services or unlawful activities.
Exceptions: This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfinityOmnia and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or negligent conduct. InfinityOmnia may assume exclusive defense of any indemnified matter.
You may terminate your account at any time via support or account settings; termination is effective at the end of your current billing period.
InfinityOmnia may suspend or terminate your account if you violate terms, fail to pay, or engage in illegal activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws as specified in enterprise agreements, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Jurisdiction: All disputes must be brought exclusively in federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution: Parties will first attempt good faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. You agree that disputes will be handled on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.
